As an hourly General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This hourly position will manage one of our emerging locations with annual insides sales less than $900k. You will create a positive and productive work environment, while maintaining the store's visual appeal and upholding company standards. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role in the retail industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.Sound business acumen with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related tools.Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
