Job Overview A law firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits Managing or Senior Associate in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. Additional experience in compensation and benefits is advantageous but not mandatory. Duties Advise clients on compensation and benefits matters. Collaborate with client teams to provide seamless counsel. Conduct research and provide logical reasoning on complex issues. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements Membership to the State Bar of California is required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Proficiency in handling tax-qualified retirement plans. Experience with health and welfare benefit plans. Strong research and logical reasoning abilities. Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
