To support a remote team, the full-time Connecticut/Massachusetts Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants. Key responsibilities Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate actions to resolve claims effectively Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate communication and resolution Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigation Active Connecticut/Massachusetts Adjusters' licenses or reciprocal licenses Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims Proficiency in claims and business software
