Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Capital Markets practice group in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in capital markets and public company representation, joining the 2nd through 4th year associate class.DutiesAdvise clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation.Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to deliver sophisticated legal advice.Support clients in navigating complex securities regulations.Participate in structuring and executing innovative capital markets solutions.RequirementsMinimum of two years of experience in capital markets and public company representation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsAdmission to the bar in the state of Illinois.SkillsProficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.BenefitsComprehensive health and wellness programs.Resources for family building and caregiving.Retirement savings plans.The Midwest law office started their legal practice thirty years ago.
