A nationally recognized Am Law Global 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its premier Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Chicago. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A transactions representing public and private companies, as well as leading private equity sponsors. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized dealmakers on high-profile, market-leading transactions.
