Our Client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs' law firm focusing on personal injury, mass tort, and environmental litigation. For more than two decades, Our Client has helped thousands of individuals obtain fair compensation for injuries caused by negligence, defective drugs, medical devices, and other harmful products. The firm is dedicated to high-quality advocacy, client-centered service, and meaningful results for injured individuals.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre- lit Case Manager role based in Roslyn, NY. The case Manager should have minimum 5 years of negotiating Pre - litigation cases to settlement.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Law, including personal injury Plaintiff settlements.
5 plus years of experiencing in negotiating personal injury settlements.
Proficiency in handling matters pre -lit personal injury settlements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage a litigation caseload independently.
Prior trial or significant litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort matters required.

Salary: Based on the candidates experience.
