Responsibilities
Welcome visitors to the showroom and listen carefully to understand exactly what they need in a vehicle.
Lead guests through our inventory to highlight features that make our latest Nissan models stand out.
Facilitate engaging test drives that allow potential owners to feel the quality and performance of our cars.
Explain various financing and leasing options clearly so clients feel confident in their financial decisions.
Follow up with previous visitors to ensure their questions are answered and they feel supported long after they leave the lot.
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to ensure every guest receives a welcoming and smooth experience from start to finish.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong comfort level with face-to-face interactions and public speaking.
Basic proficiency with computer software and smartphone applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
Prior experience in customer service or retail settings.
Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and keeping up with new vehicle models.
