Pharmacist - Phoenix, AZ

Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm Key Responsibilities Lead pharmacy operations including staff management and workflow oversight Supervise compounding processes and inventory control Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers Drive business growth and enhance operational performance Potentially assume the role of Pharmacist-in-Charge Qualifications and Desired Experience Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one Proven leadership and strong communication skills Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in pharmacy ownership This position features a manageable script volume of under 100 per day and works closely with a small team consisting of one compounding technician and one retail technician, utilizing the PioneerRx system.
