An immediate opening is available for a checking/verifying pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in Phoenix, AZ. This contract role requires flexibility in shifts, covering 8a-4p and/or 10a-6p, including possible Saturdays, for a duration of approximately 8-13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and check prescriptions to ensure accuracy
• Accurately count, dispense, and label medications following established protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with Arizona Board of Pharmacy (BOP) policies and procedures

• Valid Arizona pharmacist license
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and adaptability to changing demands

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
