Position Overview

The Bakery Production Operator plays a vital role in our daily commercial baking operations. In this hands-on role, you will set up, operate, and monitor continuous automated production and packaging equipment to produce high-quality baked goods under strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Operation: Operate, adjust, and monitor continuous mixing, dough-handling, baking, and packaging machinery to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

• Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all products meet strict recipes, core temperatures, and visual specifications. Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food sanitation protocols.

• Basic Troubleshooting: Perform basic equipment start-ups, shutdowns, line changeovers, and minor mechanical adjustments to prevent downtime.

• Material Handling & Scaling: Measure, scale, and load raw ingredients according to recipes and maintain precise ingredient traceability records.

• Documentation & Safety: Accurately record shift counts, metal detector checks, temperature logs, and operational data. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area at all times.

salary: $18.41 - $18.42 per hour
