Victory Programs’ Boston Living Center seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the Harm Reduction Coordinator, Receptionist, and Peer Advocate, and steward a safe, trauma-informed milieu where members access services with dignity and respect. The role reports to the Program Director and oversees staff scheduling, outreach, procurement, supply distribution, and site compliance, while maintaining an active presence throughout the program and representing the organization in #J-18808-Ljbffr Victory Programs Inc
