About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its national and regional chapters, with a focus on strategic vision, organizational leadership, and industry relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various essential projects, from hospitals and schools to energy and water systems, and ensuring that the professional program and construction managers maintain the highest standards, managing risks that can impact quality, costs, and public trust. This role involves a deep commitment to the values and competitive position of the organization, as well as the ability to translate these into targeted partnerships, thought leadership, advocacy, and member services. The President and CEO will also be tasked with sustaining the value of the organization's credentials, overseeing education and professional development programs, and partnering with academic and industry organizations on workforce development. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience within a professional association, credentialing organization, or related sectors. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of working effectively with boards, volunteers, and industry partners in complex, relationship-driven environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to represent the organization across various audiences.
