Senior Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities Lead projects from proposal development through final delivery Oversee subsurface investigations and field operations Interpret laboratory and in situ testing data Prepare and review detailed geotechnical engineering reports Perform design and analysis of shallow and deep foundations Evaluate bearing capacity and settlement Design retaining systems, anchors, slopes and earthworks Support client relationship management and contract negotiation Contribute to business development and revenue growth Mentor and guide junior engineering staff Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological or Mining Engineering, or Geology Ten or more years of geotechnical engineering experience Strong technical writing and reporting skills Demonstrated expertise in foundation and slope design Experience supporting client accounts and contributing to project growth A Professional Engineer license is advantageous but not required Why Consider This Opportunity Comprehensive benefits package – see below: Company share participation scheme, clear development and succession planning, opportunity to influence office growth and strategy.
