All of the below benefits are offered at 30 hours per week. We Offer Listed pay of $35 - $50 per hour includes commission and tips. Bonus potential up to $200 per month. Full benefits including paid time off, health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Continuing education credits and ongoing education opportunities. Discounts: 30% off retail products, 50% off services, and free monthly employee massage. Role Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience. Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients. Hiring Process Within 24 hours of applying, a phone interview is scheduled. Within 48 hours: an in-person interview is completed. Within 7 days: An offer letter is sent and lunch with the team.
