Partners with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have the resources, access, and support for a successful first day and Day 1 readiness. Establishes, maintains, and leverages partnerships with vocational/tech schools, community partners, colleges, select high schools, and other organizations. Develops and maintains a robust talent pipeline by building long-term relationships with active job seekers, passive candidates, industry professionals, and referral networks. Engages and nurtures talent communities to support current and future hiring needs. With guidance from the Recruiting Manager, plans and attends targeted recruitment events, job fairs, and seminars, and follows up on leads. May require travel, including to remote sites. Completes additional assignments, participates in group projects, and attends meetings as assigned.
