Job Summary Up to $12,500 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, supervise staff, and support the CNO in ensuring high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care and resource management. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to all patients and assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control, with the goal of discharging patients with an optimum level of care. Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed by the facility during emergencies and/or disasters. Know the hospital’s emergency codes and adopt appropriate actions, adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Required: Education: Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Certification: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, or state; CPR certification. Preferred: Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
