Sus responsabilidades como Busser/Runner incluirán, entre otras: Recibir a cada cliente en nuestro restaurante con una sonrisa Preparar la estación para el turno Garantizar que los cubiertos y los condimentos estén sobre la mesa Rellenar bebidas y retirar platos y cristalería usados Llevar comida caliente a los clientes cuando esté lista en el pasillo Proporcionar ayuda a los camareros con los clientes, según sea necesario Seguir todas las normas de seguridad y limpieza de los alimentos Retirar los platos de las mesas, volver a colocar la mesa, y limpiar asientos y pisos Comunicar disponibilidad de la mesa Separar los artículos en el área de fregadero Qué se necesita para tener éxito (requisitos físicos del trabajo) Debe cumplir con la edad mínima requerida y estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos Habilidad para doblarse, alcanzar, agacharse y cargar hasta 30 libras de manera segura Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante un turno de 8 a 12 horas Habilidad para trabajar en equipo con atención a los detalles y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas Las demandas físicas descritas anteriormente son representativas de aquellas que deben cumplir los empleados para realizar con éxito este trabajo.
