Responsibilities Responsibilities of the team hire include using differentiating and proprietary corporate finance frameworks in the context of client coverage, buy- or sell-side M&A, equity offerings (including IPOs), or strategic plan evaluations You will coordinate with senior coverage bankers to provide innovative solutions for Global Banking clients This role requires extensive financial modeling and knowledge of corporate finance and strategy in the context of the Global Banking business You will build a network of colleagues and client contacts both inside and outside UBS that will strengthen your career throughout your professional life Work alongside some of the industry’s best bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies across all industries, both domestically and internationally Core Qualifications A hardworking self-starter who achieves significant results in a time sensitive environment A problem solver with excellent analytical skills A motivated and adaptable team member who can build enduring relationships Able to multi-task with strong attention to detail A leader who engenders loyalty, exhibits dedication, assumes responsibility and mobilizes others An eloquent communicator who also recognizes the importance of listening committed to the highest standards of ethical behavior An enthusiastic and authentic interest in the financial sector excellent PC skills and an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university, including recent or upcoming graduates Job Details Job Type: Full Time Job Reference #: 337067BR City: New York Location: United States - New York - New York USD 110000 /annum Salary and Benefits The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - New York - New York USD 110000 /annum.
