Paid Media Intern

Job Summary The Paid Media Intern will support the Growth & Performance Marketing team in executing paid advertising initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high‑impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands; Innisfree, Hanyul & Mamonde. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about beauty and digital marketing. They will gain exposure to full‑funnel paid media strategies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills will be key to success in this role. Principal Accountabilities Support the Performance & Growth team in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC and Tiktok Shop channels. Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns. Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs. Communicate proactively and effectively with cross‑functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams. Manage the delivery of all creative assets to Agency partners, ensuring timely executionand attention to detail. Manage monthly invoicing & billing Monthly creative reporting; Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing data & presenting to cross functional teams. Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance paid mediastrategies. Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends. Key Experience and Skills Obtained a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field Must be available for a 6‑month internship Must be NYC‑based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week) Previous work experience at a Media or Creative Marketing Agency Passion about skincare and the beauty industry Proven interest in paid media and creative strategy. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Creative thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying trends and opportunities.
