Physical TherapistLocation: Ekalaka, MT, USJob Type: Full Time | On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plansAdminister physical therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disabilityMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as neededAssess and manage patient pain impacting rehabilitation outcomesPerform initial and ongoing patient assessments across all age groupsCollaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient careSupervise Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and support staffMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationEnsure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standardsEducate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processesParticipate in departmental operations, budgeting, and performance improvement initiativesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programActive State Physical Therapist licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationStrong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple responsibilitiesWork Environment & Additional RequirementsAbility to work with diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)Maintain department cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionalityFlexible, organized, and able to perform under pressureAdhere to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards
