Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to welcome customers and visitors while supporting customer engagement and daily office activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating positive first impressions, communicating with customers, and providing information about products and services. Responsibilities Provide information about products, services, and promotional opportunities. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support customer engagement and lead generation activities. Support sales opportunities generated through customer interactions. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment. Assist with routine administrative and customer service activities. Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with staff to support smooth daily operations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
