Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.

Schedules Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm, including on-call responsibilities Monday-Friday: 7am - 3pm, including on-call responsibilities Locations Quakertown/Sellersville Qualifications: A minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities One year supervisory experience preferred At least 18 years of age Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record (PREFERRED) Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely Medical/Dental/Prescription and TELADOC Full Time employees eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
