Job Description
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional in-person support for our energy services. Working within a large team, this position involves direct customer interaction to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Representatives have opportunities for career advancement, including leadership roles, and must be flexible with frequent travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to address questions and provide support
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of energy services
- Communicate clearly and effectively in person
- Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Active listening skills
