Job Summary

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by assisting customers with product and order inquiries, processing orders and returns, and helping customers navigate our online ordering platform. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

The position also provides opportunities to gain exposure to several areas of the business, including customer service, account management, merchandising, marketing, billing, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service via phone and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Assist customers with navigating the company website and placing online orders.
• Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide updates and assistance regarding order status, shipping, and delivery inquiries.
• Prepare and submit product quotations based on customer requirements.
• Research and resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and orders are processed accurately.
• Participate in a structured training program designed to build knowledge of our customers, company, products, and processes.
• Gain exposure to key functional areas of the organization, including:

• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience , preferably including experience handling customer inquiries and processing orders by phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel , as well as basic web-based applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly.
• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused approach to work.

Working Conditions / Environment

This position is primarily performed in a fast-paced office environment. The employee will regularly be required to sit, stand, walk, speak, read, and hear while performing the essential functions of the position. The office environment typically has a low to moderate noise level.
