Director, Real Estate Loan Acquisitions & Portfolio

Pacifica Companies is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Loan Acquisitions & Portfolio Management in San Diego, California. In this role, you will lead the acquisition and management of our portfolio of short-term loans secured by California real estate. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in private-money lending and possess excellent valuation and underwriting skills.
The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonuses and benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Applicants must be able to work on-site at the San Diego office.
