$85,000 Annual Salary (Negotiable) + Full Benefits + Exceptional Bonus Program (Up to $15,000 in annual bonuses)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations within a high-volume restaurant concept at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This opportunity is with a respected hospitality organization that has successfully served airport travelers for over 41 years.

Position Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, strong financial performance, team development, and adherence to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the ability to effectively manage a busy operation while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume airport environment
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming dining experience
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support business needs
• Monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Execute company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence and team engagement
• Foster a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant management or leadership experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Airport operations experience is a plus but not required
