What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the hotel's overall performance, including:

• Delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Leading, coaching, and developing department leaders and associates
• Driving RevPAR, profitability, and market share
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards
• Building a positive, engaging workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
• Partnering with Sales to maximize revenue opportunities
• Overseeing property maintenance and capital improvement initiatives
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Building strong relationships within the local business community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
• Proven success driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and revenue strategies
• Ability to inspire teams while maintaining operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

The anticipated compensation range for the position is 110,000k-120,000k per year.
