Position Overview: As the Assistant General Manager at Supreme Dumplings, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
