Quality Manager

Quality Assurance Manager | Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing | Southern Indiana Ready-to-Eat Experience Is Required. I'm partnering with a well-established food manufacturer that is looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager to their leadership team. If you have a strong background in food safety, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and leading QA teams in a Ready-to-Eat (RTE) environment, I'd love to connect. What You'll Be Doing Lead the plant's Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs. Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SOP requirements. Oversee internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Manage CCPs, validation activities, pre-shipment reviews, and corrective actions. Partner with Operations, Sanitation, and Plant Leadership to drive continuous improvement. Coach and develop the QA team while maintaining a strong food safety culture.
