Join our established home care aide services agency, dedicated to assisting elderly individuals in maintaining safety and well-being within the comfort of their own homes since 2007. Operating across 15 states, we are currently seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to support one of our esteemed clients, an elderly male coping with a spinal cord injury.

This crucial role entails providing assistance with various tasks including intermittent bladder irrigation, digital stimulation bowel program, range of motion exercises, bathing utilizing a hoyer lift, dressing, grooming, and toileting, empowering the veteran to maintain independence in his home. Located in Park Rapids, MN, the LPN Supervisor will play a pivotal role in training caregivers to perform these tasks effectively, coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage of the veteran's shifts, and managing on-call duties in case of caregiver absence.

This is a fulfilling long-term position offering 30-35 hours per week. Compensation is $40/hour, comprising a base pay of $36/hour with an additional $4/hour bonus rewarded for working all scheduled shifts within a pay period. Positon is hired as a W-2 employee.

A valid Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse is required for this role, and while prior experience in home care is beneficial, we can provide training on job specifics. All candidates must undergo a background check, and those who haven't had a TB skin test in the last 3 years must obtain one at an urgent care, primary care, or pharmacy that offers the test prior to employment. Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It costs $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
