Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered. Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, skills, availability, and preferences. Respond promptly to call‑offs, schedule changes, and emergency staffing needs. Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedules and service updates. Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training coordination. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and caregiver performance. Maintain accurate client and employee records in scheduling software. Support care plan implementation and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and documentation requirements. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving client and caregiver concerns. Staff Scheduling: Build, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage and excellent client care. Strategic Staffing: Balance caregiver availability, skill sets, and preferences with client needs to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. Crisis Management: Resolve last‑minute call‑offs or conflicts calmly and effectively. Communication: Maintain open, respectful communication with caregivers, clients, and families regarding schedule updates and changes. Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
