Hours of Work Varies; PRN position Days of Week Varies; PRN position; two weekend days a month required (minimum) Job Description In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Occupational Therapist PRN position renders professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re‑assessment and discharge planning). The Clinical Pharmacist position performs professional, clinical tasks that ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and optimal patient results.
