Field Service Engineer 2

Field Service Support Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Intuitive surgical systems within an assigned territory. The role requires expertise in electro-mechanical systems, strong customer service skills, and compliance with healthcare protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Intuitive surgical products and associated equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, software updates, and field upgrades
• Conduct training sessions at hospitals and training facilities for end-users
• Document service activities, maintain records, and submit comprehensive reports
• Manage assigned territory including customer relationships and system configurations

Requirements

• Proven track record troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical systems
• 1-3 years field service experience preferred
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent training and experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs
