Pricing Coordinator

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain, audit and manage vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS) for assigned customers. Adjusting with market changes. Consolidate, request, collect, and approve accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received, if any. Ensure purchase orders (POs) contain correct pricing. Maintain, audit and update vendor master file and information. Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than expected. Aid with entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems and implementing mass prices changes. Provide general assistance to the Pricing Department and its functions. Participate in the end of month closing processes. Assist with the customer invoicing procedures and tasks to ensure customers are billed in a correct and timely manner. YOUR PROFILE Education and Experience: High School Diploma with some advanced education coursework (required), associate’s degree or higher in finance, supply chain, mathematics, general business, or related field (preferred) 2-3 years relatable administrative support experience (preferred) Detailed-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills Strong initiative and organizations skills High sense of urgency, decisiveness The ability to gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities Have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel OUR OFFER We aim to create an environment where the best people want to work, where they can turn their passion into their job and realize their full potential.
