Growing Manufacturer is seeking a Product Quality Supervisor to join their team in Allentown, PA! Lead a team of quality engineers and lab technicians througout daily operations, material handling and analysis to final product closeout. 10% travel nationally and internationally. You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science and, 5-7 years in Quality Engineering. Relocation Assistance, Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement options!

responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and product evaulations from initial phase to final closeout

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

• Conduct lab reviews and develop technical documentations

• Drive continuous and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Quality, Materials Science, or similiar)

• 5-7 years of quality engineering within a laboratory setting

• 2+ years supervisoring
