This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Experience with construction or administrative assisting is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. Candidates must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily updates on timecards and schedulesAssisting assigned projects and jobs with billing and some reconciliationInput all job or project information, employees, and equipment into our scheduling softwareCommunicating with project leads and office leadership to support end to end office support for jobs at a specific site or various locations.Schedule orientations, training, and badging for operatorsReconciling credit cards & fuel cards monthlyReview weekly driver score cards and coordinate any necessary improvements needed with operation leadershipReview job documentation for discrepancies and completeness of documentsSupport office incoming calls as neededOther duties as determinedQualificationsMust pass Drug Screen (Required)Valid Driver's License (Required)Background Check (Required)Construction Admin experience (Preferred)Ability to walk long distances (2-3 miles) at job site on a regular basis (3-4 times per week)Excellent verbal communication skillsBe self-motivated, dependable, and punctualMust possess great organizational skillsCan thrive in a fast-paced high pressure work environment.Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other accounting and information systemsBenefitsA-Core offers a generous benefits package including paid time off when eligibleInsurance benefits when eligible (after 60 days)401K when eligible (after 60 days)Growth opportunities with a great companyAll A-Core Inc. employees are expected to completely adhere to the safety policies practiced throughout the construction industry.A-Core is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
