Delivery and Event Operations Associate

We are currently seeking self-motivated, reliable, and friendly individuals for our Delivery Driver / Event Setup role. This position offers a unique blend of physical and mental challenges, with the opportunity to work on diverse tasks and events each day.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute daily routing assignments and site schematics
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
• Perform tent installation and construction processes
• Move and set-up various event equipment such as tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and staging
• Assist with loading and unloading commercial box trucks.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must be able to move 1 stack (50) Garden Chairs [357lbs]using a dolly 
• Climb a 6ft ladder while carrying 25lb weight
• Balance and relocate 4, 12ft (Red) Pipes [36lbs]
• Dead lift pick-up 1, 20 x 20 Festival Top [85lbs]
• Move a 350lb or 700lb Concrete Ballast using the Block Moving Dolly
• Previous experience with tent installations preferred but not required
• Commitment to customer service
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be flexible
• Reliable with a positive and friendly attitude

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15-$20 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses.
