SAP Security GRC (Access Control) – Location: New Jersey (Local candidates only) – Hybrid 3 days onsite – Full-Time | Direct Hire $140K – $185K Responsibilities Lead and support SAP GRC Access Control configuration and implementation activities. Design, configure, and maintain MSMP (Multi-Step Multi-Process) workflows. Perform parameter configuration and system setup, focusing on Firefighter (FFID) and User Access Requests (UAR). Execute and manage Firefighter ID processes and controls. Design and redesign SAP roles aligned with business and compliance requirements. Analyze and remediate access risks, segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and security gaps. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access models. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 12+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. Strong hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control configuration and implementation. Expertise in MSMP workflow design, GRC parameter configuration, role design/ redesign, and Firefighter ID processes. Solid understanding of SoD risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Experience working in complex enterprise SAP environments preferred. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clark Davis Associates, Inc
