Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Exciting opportunity working for a pharmaceutical company in Union, NJ, is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process product invoices and product purchases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze and resolve billing related issues.
- Develop relationships with third party vendors as a representative of the company.
- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Skilled in the use of MS Excel
- SAP experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
Job Highlights:
