This role is designed for BCBAs who value thoughtful assessment, individualized programming, and collaboration within school systems. In this position, you’ll assess student needs, design and oversee behavior intervention programs aligned with IEPs, and monitor progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers, while also providing training, supervision, and guidance to school-based teams implementing behavior plans.
