Territory Manager

Division: Primary Care Rep - Bay Area, CA MTMC - MedTech MedCare - is a leader in outsourced medical device and supply sales in the United States, with annual sales exceeding $1 Billion. The national Sales Team at MTMC focuses on delivering strategies for clinical, financial, and operational outcomes based on patient-driven data. Trusted for expertise, efficiency, professionalism, and personal care, MTMC is a key player in the healthcare supply chain. Objective Lead all sales activities within an assigned territory, from lead generation to closing. Develop and execute a marketing plan to expand the customer base, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth aligned with MTMC's vision. Responsibilities Master MTMC's products and technical sales skills specific to the territory. Create and implement annual business plans to exceed sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Utilize CRM to manage leads, sales activities, and customer information. Communicate market developments and customer feedback to the Sales Director. Address client concerns, maintain records, and comply with company ethics. Travel throughout the territory and attend required meetings and training. Relationships and Collaboration Engage regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the MTMC team, manufacturers, and distributors, upholding MTMC's core values. Qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; 2-5 years in sales, preferably medical products. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license; ability to travel extensively and transport equipment up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions Requires 80% client site visits, with 20% administrative work. Requires access to a vehicle for transporting demonstration equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
