Responsibilities include:

• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals
• Conduct home showings and listing presentations
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and offers
• Guide clients from consultation through closing
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
