Litigation Attorney

Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney to litigate various types of cases including premises liability, general liability, labor law/construction defect, property damage, and trucking and automobile matters. Hybrid and remote work flexibility with access to our headquarters in Manhattan's Financial District and a satellite office in Paramus, NJ. Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York , have 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities, and an ability to manage multiple matters while working independently and collaboratively. Federal Court admission is a plus. Salary of $130,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience.
