Construction Superintendent

We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent who takes pride in running clean, organized jobsites and delivering projects the right way — safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The Role As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for driving field operations from start to finish — managing subcontractors, maintaining schedule, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality across every phase of the project. What You’ll Be Doing Run daily field operations and keep projects on schedule Lead subcontractors and coordinate all trades on-site Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans and specs Identify issues early and keep the project moving forward Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project teams Review drawings and schedules to ensure proper execution Manage documentation, daily reports, and site communication What They’re Looking For 5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent Experience running commercial ground up projects in the $5M–$30M range Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules with confidence Procore experience preferred; solid Microsoft Office skills required A leader who communicates well, takes ownership, and drives results Why This Role Stands Out Consistent pipeline of work in the Tampa market Autonomy in the field — trusted to run your projects Strong company culture focused on quality and teamwork Opportunity to grow with a well-established, high-performing contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Search
