Experienced Import Technician

Buchanan Kia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Import Technician to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining imported vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on imported vehicles using advanced tools and technology.
• Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
• Ensure all work is compliant with company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide accurate vehicle repair information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technical training related to imported vehicles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Import Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
• Strong knowledge of imported vehicle systems and manufacturer repair standards.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
