Role Description
Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly desired.
How You’ll Help
- Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide
- Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers
- Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and become the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs
- Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from 3rd party records (MVR, Background Information, etc.)
Qualifications
- Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly desired

- Up to 25 percent travel may be required within North America
