** THIS IS 2NT SHIFT ONLY, AFTER 12PM **

The Machine Operator will primarily work with packaging equipment and film slitters within a small team environment. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring their operation during an 8-hour shift, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure efficient and safe production. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining quality control standards and adhering to all safety procedures.

 

Responsibilities

• Set up packaging equipment and film slitters for production runs
• Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent performance
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Comply with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
• Handle materials needed for machine operation efficiently

 

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in machine operation
• Knowledge of machine operation and equipment maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and teamwork abilities
• Effective time management skills
