Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $19.00–$20.50 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA to hire experienced Machine Operators .
We have opportunities across multiple shifts for candidates with previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery .
The company will provide training on its specific equipment and processes. Candidates should have prior experience working with machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
Pay & Schedule- 1st Shift: $19.00/hour | 6:25 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour | 2:25 PM–10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: $20.50/hour | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Schedules are generally Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
What You'll Do- Operate production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up, start, monitor, and operate equipment according to work instructions.
- Monitor machines during production and identify operating or quality issues.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical or safety concerns.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
- Previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to learn and operate company-specific equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs.
- Ability to complete applicable pre-employment requirements consistent with company policy and applicable law.
