We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will learn and operate multiple machines across the production line while working closely with your team to ensure orders are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machinery according to work orders and job specifications.

Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, sanders, presses, and other production machines.

Perform machine changeovers and adjustments to maintain efficient production.

Complete data entry and production reporting, including tracking production output and downtime.

Read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.

Load and unload materials as needed.

Coordinate with team members to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

Monitor product quality and ensure all specifications are met.

Maintain a strong sense of urgency while meeting daily production goals.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Support other departments through cross-training and additional production duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Setup and machine operation

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production documents.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Solid math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Training & Growth Opportunity

Employees are expected to complete the majority of machine and process training within the first 90 days.

Extensive cross-training is provided across multiple departments.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Training Period (First 4-5 Months):

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Overtime may extend shifts until 3:30 PM

Post-Training Schedule:

Hours may transition to 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM based on production needs and training completion.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE Full-Time | Overtime Available
