Material Handler - 1st Shift

Pay: $19-$24/hour, depending on experience Schedule: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, OT as needed. Position Summary As a Material Handler , you will play a key part in keeping our production floor moving smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving incoming parts, safely storing materials, and picking/kitting orders to support our production teams. What You Will Do Material Movement: Receive, store, kit, and distribute materials to various fabrication and assembly departments. Inventory Tracking: Use our ERP computer system to log materials, and participate in regular inventory cycle counts. Equipment Operations: Learn to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes (we provide the certification training!). Safety First: Maintain an organized work area (7S standards) and follow all OSHA and company safety rules. What We Are Looking For Basic math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals). Ability to read a tape measure, ruler, and scale accurately. Comfortable reading basic work orders, job packets, and instructions. Basic computer skills (experience with MS Word/Excel or inventory software is a plus). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Reliability and a strong commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe. Great Benefits Starting After 30 Days!
